Grief Counselling
Grief, Bereavement & Living Grief
At some point, grief touches all our lives and we begin the journey of learning to process and live with grief. Grief and loss can take many forms. Bereavement from the expected or unexpected loss of a family member or friend, someone we love. Grief can be experienced from the passing of a beloved pet, a relationship breakdown, a career ending, a life altering injury or illness that happens to us or to someone we care about. Each person’s grief journey is unique, even if the loss is a shared one. We all go through different stages, and express and cope with grief in different ways. This is normal and appropriate.
Professional grief counselling offers a trusted space to support your grief journey. At Living In Bloom, we connect with each person individually, understanding that each person’s needs are different.
