ADHD Thrive
Therapy & support personalised to your ADHD journey.
Living with ADHD can leave a person feeling different, misunderstood, isolated and alone. It can be hard to understand, is it me or my ADHD? After a formal diagnosis a person can have many questions and be left wondering… what now? A late life diagnosis can bring great relief, but it can also bring grief. A diagnosis in early adulthood can help a person make sense of their childhood and adolescent experiences but, it can be too overwhelming to process alone.
ADHD presents a unique set of challenges across the lifespan but with the right support, difficulties can be overcome and the unique strengths of ADHD, as well as the gifts of each individual person, can be harnessed to build a life that blooms and thrives. We work collaboratively with our clients, to develop an evidence-based support platform that meets each client’s unique circumstances. A platform which can adapt and evolve over time.

ADHD can leave a person feeling different, isolated, alone, misunderstood, confused, and overwhelmed. Childhood and school are often tough gigs that leave mental scars. When an adult receives a late life ADHD diagnosis, it can bring great relief, but it can also bring grief about what life might have been, if the diagnosis had come earlier. After a formal diagnosis, often a person is left wondering… what now? With the right support, difficulties can be overcome, and the unique strengths of ADHD and the gifts of each individual person can be harnessed to build a life which blooms and thrives.
